Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Vyqon Solar (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“Client,” “you”) regarding the sale, installation, and monitoring of solar energy systems.

1. Scope of Work

  • Site Assessment: All quotes are subject to a final technical site audit. We reserve the right to adjust the project design or cost if unforeseen structural or electrical issues are discovered.
  • Permitting: Vyqon Solar will assist in obtaining necessary local permits; however, approval is subject to local government and utility jurisdiction.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Percentage]% is required to initiate the engineering and permitting phase.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments are typically due upon (1) Delivery of equipment and (2) Completion of installation.
  • Late Fees: Overdue payments may incur an interest charge of [Percentage]% per month.

3. Installation & Grid Connection

  • Access: The Client must provide clear access to the property for installation teams.
  • Interconnection: We are not responsible for delays caused by the utility company’s grid connection process or changes in utility net-metering policies.

4. Warranties & Performance

  • Workmanship: We provide a [Number]-year warranty on the physical installation and labor.
  • Equipment: Hardware (panels, inverters, batteries) is covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties. Vyqon Solar will assist the Client in processing valid manufacturer claims.
  • Energy Estimates: Production estimates are based on historical weather data and shading analysis. Actual energy production may vary due to weather fluctuations and environmental changes (e.g., new tree growth).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintenance: The Client is responsible for keeping panels clear of debris (dust, leaves, snow) unless a separate maintenance contract is signed.
  • Internet Connectivity: For remote monitoring services to function, the Client must provide a stable internet connection to the system’s inverter or gateway.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vyqon Solar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Damage to the system caused by “Acts of God” (lightning, hail, extreme storms) unless covered by a specific workmanship warranty.
  • Loss of solar credits or financial incentives due to changes in government legislation.

7. Termination

  • By Client: You may cancel the contract prior to installation, subject to paying for costs already incurred (permits, engineering, shipping).
  • By Company: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the site is deemed unsafe or if the Client fails to meet payment obligations.

8. Governing Law
